Remember the 'Daily Prophet' from Harry Potter's universe - the wizard world's newspaper with moving pictures? Well, they will soon be a reality in our own universe too.
Researchers from different universities are collaborating to perfect superthin flexible displays that can be used to produce a 'magical' newspaper that not only has moving images, but can update itself everyday as well. This e-paper uses transparent transistors connected by nanowires to light up the flexible screen.
