5) You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., that accesses ECELab.com in a manner that sends more request messages to the ECELab servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.

6) Content on ECELab.com is provided to you “AS-IS” for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of ECELab.com’s content other than expressly permitted herein.

7)  You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of ECELab.com. In consideration of your use of ECELab.com, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the Philippines or other applicable jurisdiction.
