Integrated Circuits

Integrated circuits, or IC's, are components that house complete electronic circuits in a single structure and packaging.  The circuit itself, which can contain millions of components, is fabricated on a small semiconductor chip (commonly known as a 'microchip') that's usually much smaller than a fingernail. A single IC can therefore replace an equivalent circuit board that is thousands of times bigger in size. Note that some IC packages contain more than one microchip inside it.  To know more about IC manufacturing, please visit www.siliconfareast.com.  Below are some common IC product families.
